CRM Campaigns Officer

The Campaign Officer is expected to understand, load, and manage comprehensive Sales/Marketing campaigns in the CRM system. He/She shall lead all campaign-related initiatives in coordination with internal business units and the vendor. Furthermore, the Officer is set to identify campaign-related process enhancements to be implemented in-system and prioritize based on urgency and complexity.
How you'll contribute
Work closely with the stakeholders to understand their campaigns, business requirements and translate it into the campaigns process in the CRM system, which includes functional analysis with other platform/systems such as Exponea.
Balance business needs with system limitations using a deep understanding of the system grounded by a business perspective to offer realistic, feasible and time-bound solutions to stakeholders.
Work closely with Brand, Lifecycle, Digital Marketing teams to develop and manage campaigns across CRM and Exponea.
Work closely with the Service Operations Department (Product Owner) for any enhancement that would require Technical related enhancements such as integrations, jobs, etc.
Conduct regular checks on system use using the power of reporting and results-driven data analysis to identify key points for process improvements.
Manage the internal cascade of the enhancement to CRM Service Operations and Frontline Business Partner Team.
Work closely with the Frontline Business Partner Team to provide content recommendations and review the enhancement related training materials.
Should have general knowledge on all CRM Modules such as Customer 360, Leads Module and Service Module with full focus on the RBS segment's leads/sales management processes in the system.
What we're looking for
Years of Work Experience: 3 – 5 years experience.
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree.
Required Course: Computer Science/Information Technology, Industrial, Computer Engineer, Telecommunication, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management.
Required Certification/Professional License (if applicable): Any CRM Certification is a plus.
Field of Specialization: CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), Banking and Finance, IT-Software Development, IT-Network/SysDB Admin, Actuarial/Statistics, Logistic/Supply Chain, Process Design & Control, E-commerce, Marketing/Business Development.
Other Skills: Knowledge of basic bank processes, bank system integrations/interconnectivities in CRM System; Effective communication skills; Intermediate Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and MS Project skills; openness to data driven analysis; good work ethic/diligent; able to communicate effectively with all sorts of people (a team player); keen to details. Should be able to drive process improvements across business units and CRM Marketing/Campaigns Module.
