The role

We're hiring someone to become the voice of consulting at Mirror. Over time, you'll lead the conversations where we learn how a client's business works and design the system that fixes it. You'll make sure every solution is fully thought through before it goes to our project managers and developers.

You don't need Zoho experience to apply. We will train you. We're looking for strong English, a sharp, structured mind, and someone who wants to grow into a senior consulting role.

What you'll do

Run discovery with clients. Meet with business owners and their teams over video to learn how they work today. You'll ask how orders come in, how inventory moves, how they invoice, and where things fall apart.

Map the process. Turn what you hear into clear process maps and current-state notes, so everyone agrees on how the business actually runs.

Design the solution. Decide which Zoho apps, modules, fields, automations and reports will fix the problems you found. You'll check every design with our Technical Lead before it goes to the client.

Write the scope document. Put the design into our scope template: objectives, data model, best practices, timeline, price and open items. Then get the client's signature before any build starts.

Configure Zoho. Build layouts, fields, blueprints and simple workflows yourself. Our developers handle the complex automation, migration and integrations.

Build proofs of concept. Set up one key workflow in a sandbox so clients can see how their new system will work before they commit.

Hand off to delivery. Lead the handoff meeting with the project manager and developers, so they know exactly what to build and why.

Test and train. Run user acceptance testing with the client, collect sign-off, and train their team on the workflows they use every day.

Support sales. Join discovery calls with our sales team to answer "can the software do this, and how?"

Keep our knowledge current. Add what you learn to our Zoho best practices library, and help train consultants who join after you.

Requirements

What you need

• Excellent spoken and written English, with a natural, confident style on calls with US business owners

• Experience working with US clients or colleagues (BPO, US-facing support, or a US company)

• Some exposure to business software: a CRM, an accounting system, or spreadsheet-heavy operations

• A degree or background in business, IT, accounting or industrial engineering

• Structured thinking. You can hear a messy explanation of how a business works and play it back clearly

• Reliable and organized. You meet the deadlines you set

Nice to have

• Any Zoho experience

• Exposure to manufacturing, distribution or inventory work

• Experience writing process documents or requirements

Benefits

Location: Remote, Philippines. Type: Full time. Hours: Must overlap at least 4 hours with US Central business hours for client calls.

How the role grows

Months 0 to 3: learn

• Join every Mirror Scope session, take detailed notes and write up the client's current process

• Learn Zoho hands-on by building layouts, fields and blueprints on real projects, reviewed by our Technical Lead

• Learn how we lead client conversations by shadowing our CEO

• Draft sections of scope documents. Our Technical Lead finalizes them

Months 3 to 6: lead with backup

• Lead Mirror Scope sessions with the CEO or Technical Lead on the call as backup

• Write full scope documents. Our Technical Lead reviews and approves the design

• Run user acceptance testing and client training on your own

• Build small proofs of concept in a Zoho sandbox

Month 6 and beyond: own it

• Lead Mirror Scopes end to end

• Join sales discovery calls to answer "can the software do this, and how?"
