Develop and manage testing procedures and quality control in manufacturing and product development for Mfg. Test Engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing testing procedures and guidelines, drafting proposals for testing programs and conditions
Ensuring test equipment calibration and evaluating validity of test results
Managing, coordinating, or performing tests at defined quality control stages in manufacturing and product development
Communicating with stakeholders when specifications or requirements are not met
Drafting test reports, discussing findings, and providing recommendations for improvements
Supporting Engineers in design, realization, and implementation of assigned processes or technical infrastructure
Executing documentation and planning of training for affected parts of the organization
Providing local support on dedicated subject matter or processes as a 'Key User'
Performing sophisticated assembly, installation, set-up, structured programming, testing, and documenting results of assigned modules or parts of technical infrastructure

The company is looking for candidates who can:

Manage and coordinate testing procedures and quality control
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding specifications and requirements
Document and report test results and provide recommendations
Support training documentation and planning
Provide local subject matter expertise and technical support
Perform assembly, installation, programming, and testing of technical infrastructure components
