As we’re scaling, our Grip team is looking for a Junior Project Support, who is going to work closely with our Project Management team to support and coordinate data for projects.
What’sGrip?

What will you be doing?
- Work closely with Project Management team to ensure productivity
- Ensure that issues and challenges related to the project are identified
- Keep track of Jira tasks and tickets
- Renaming files
- Uploading of files to KO Assets using a standard uploading tool
- Upload renderings for revision or client’s Sharepoint
- Create project codes
- Registration of approvals on templates and images
- Support in administration and registration
Would be amazing if you have:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention todetails, data, facts and numbers, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Advanced user level experience with MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Get the job done mentality
- Good communication skills
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience in Jira
