Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns
Understand customer needs and provide suitable assistance
Explain information clearly and accurately
Address concerns and work toward appropriate resolutions
Process customer requests and update necessary records
Follow account guidelines and service procedures
Maintain a professional and helpful approach during every interaction
Qualifications
High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
With or without BPO experience
Customer service experience is an advantage
Good communication and comprehension skills
Willing to learn and undergo training
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work onsite in Bacolod City
Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
