Finance Process Manager

Your Hustle – What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer

Own Financial Systems & Keep Them Running Like a Dream

  • Manage and optimize financial systems for accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting—because accuracy and efficiency are non-negotiable.
  • Provide top-notch technical support to finance teams for system-related queries and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Tech teams to ensure upgrades, patches, and maintenance roll out smoothly and on time.

Turn Finance Needs Into Actionable Solutions

  • Work closely with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into system specs that actually work.
  • Document functional and technical requirements for system improvements and new implementations.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities—manual work is so last decade.

Drive Seamless Integration & Implementation

  • Lead financial system integrations with other internal platforms for flawless data flow.
  • Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure customizations meet finance and business needs.
  • Own the testing process for system updates—because we don't do glitches here.

Data, Insights & Reporting—Because Numbers Matter

  • Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for real-time insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to supercharge decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity across all financial systems—no room for inconsistencies.
  • Spot bottlenecks and inefficiencies in finance processes—then eliminate them.
  • Push for system enhancements and automation to reduce manual errors and boost efficiency.
  • Always be looking for ways to optimize—because good isn't good enough.

Empower Users with Knowledge

  • Train finance and accounting teams on system functionalities, best practices, and new updates.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly manuals, system documentation, and SOPs to ensure teams are always on the same page.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with financial systems management—preferably with tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes—from budgeting to reporting and forecasting.
  • Proven experience in system integration and driving automation in financial processes.
  • Technical proficiency in data management and financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, SQL).
  • Experience with project management—ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills—able to identify inefficiencies and drive solutions.
  • Experience in creating user-friendly manuals, documentation, and SOPs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—particularly in English, with the ability to explain complex system concepts to non-technical teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment—eager to take on challenges and optimize processes.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices—ensuring systems remain compliant and accurate.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized—able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies efficiently.
  • Able to communicate complex financial concepts persuasively to different audiences and levels within the organization.
