What You’ll Do
Voice / Customer Support Roles
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards
- Document interactions and updates in company systems
Non-Voice / Chat Support Roles
- Assist customers via chat, email, and ticketing platforms
- Investigate and resolve concerns efficiently
- Meet service-level agreements and response time targets
Back Office / Administrative Roles
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and report generation
- Process transactions and administrative requests accurately
- Support internal teams with documentation and operational tasks
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate; college undergraduates and graduates are also welcome (depending on account requirements)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Willing to undergo training and coaching
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience (depending on account availability)
Earn between PHP 15, 000 to PHP 40,000+ per month, depending on the role, experience, account, and employer requirements
