Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team If you have strong accounting experience and are knowledgeable in financial reporting and compliance, we'd love to hear from you.
Position: Accountant
Work Setup: Remote / Work From Home
Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Monitor bank statements and company credit card transactions
- Assist in payroll computation, salary processing, and statutory deductions
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents in compliance with applicable US tax requirements
- Support internal and external audit processes through proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies
- Provide regular financial reports and updates to the US management team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Fluent in English communication (written and verbal)
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in US accounting standards is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information
