Sewing and Assembly: Operates sewing machines to stitch, assemble, and finish garments and other fabric products according to specifications.
Quality Control: Ensures that all completed garments meet quality standards, inspecting each piece for defects or inconsistencies before moving to the next production stage.
Machine Maintenance: Performs basic maintenance and troubleshooting on sewing machines to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime.
Material Handling: Accurately follows patterns or work orders, cutting, adjusting, and handling fabrics to ensure proper fit and design specifications.
Team Collaboration: Works with other team members, including designers and production managers, to meet production deadlines and quality goals.

Experience: Previous experience in sewing, garment production, or a related field is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality, with the ability to identify and correct errors in stitching or garment construction.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit and operate sewing machines for extended periods, with good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Knowledge of Fabrics and Techniques: Familiarity with different types of fabrics and sewing techniques, including straight stitching, overlocking, and hemming.
Communication Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and effectively communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
