About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager for Fast Food Chain to join our leadership team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in driving operational success, revenue growth, and brand excellence across our fast food chain locations within the region. As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple outlets, implementing company strategies, ensuring consistent service quality, and fostering a culture of food safety and excellence. This role is essential to our regional expansion and operational objectives, serving as a key link between corporate leadership and on-the-ground operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple fast food outlets within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
• Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and market share objectives
• Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality across all locations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company protocols
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage regional and location-level teams, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring excellent customer service
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of outlets to ensure adherence to operational, safety, and food handling standards
• Analyse financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to optimise profitability without compromising quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and community stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and operational efficiency across the region
• Report on key performance indicators and regional metrics to senior management on a regular basis
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging food technology advancements relevant to the fast food sector

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5–7 years of management experience in the fast food or quick service restaurant industry, with proven track record of success in multi-outlet operations
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and food technology practices relevant to the Philippines and regional markets
• Demonstrated expertise in operations management, including inventory control, cost management, and supply chain oversight
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members at all levels
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyse performance metrics, and drive profitability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Food Science, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in relevant management software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility to travel between locations within the region as required
• Valid driver's licence is advantageous
• Preferred: Certification in food safety management systems (FSMS) or equivalent qualification
