Job Summary:

  • 1. Responsible for verifying all outbound shipments to ensure that items, quantities, and documentation are accurate before dispatch.
  • 2. This role supports the dispatch team by ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining records, and promptly reporting discrepancies or damages.

Qualifications:

  • 1. At least a Senior High School graduate of any strand or graduate of any two- or four-year course; relevant warehouse, logistics, or inventory training preferred.
  • 2. Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse operations, outbound, or logistics verification roles. FMCG, retail, or 3PL environment preferred.
  • 3. With basic knowledge in computers.
  • 4. Dependable and flexible.
