Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to changing situations
