The Role:
We are actively recruiting and interviewing for an End User Business Development Leader for OT & SW and Automation.
Overview of the role:
The role will be responsible for defining and developing the pipeline and strategy for Schneider's OT and SW Automation portfolio.
What will you do?
- Know market trends, new investments and opportunities for business growth on targeted accounts.
- Establish strong relationships with the end-user and understand their needs.
- Identify opportunities and present technical/commercial benefits of Schneider Electric offerings.
- Provide solutions to close out issues arising from the use of products and solutions.
- Support the company in determining market competition and providing intelligence information.
- Support inter-departmental efforts ensuring commitments to customers are met.
- Assist and influence consultants in technical specifications for these applications.
- Support marketing and sales promotion needs.
Who would be successful?
- Minimum of eight (8) years of successful solution selling experience in the industrial space.
- Strong leadership qualities, highly motivated, team player, goal-oriented and success-driven.
- Good understanding of local market - customers, suppliers, competitors, and market developments, technology trends.
