As a Senior Radiographer (MRI), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Perform routine and specialised MRI examinations in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal image quality throughout examinations.
Operate MRI scanners and perform routine quality control checks and equipment maintenance.
Comply with MRI safety guidelines, departmental SOPs, and clinical standards.
Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and on-call duties as required.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff and students.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory management and housekeeping.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
Participate in continuous professional development and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
Provide teaching, mentoring, and leadership support to junior staff.
Undertake higher-level responsibilities when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer, Department Manager, or Head of Department.
Contribute to continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Recognised Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography, or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPC.
