The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing inventory, ensuring strong relationships with distributors and modern trade partners, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring collections to drive growth and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributor accounts and modern trade accounts (supermarkets, convenience stores, and other retail outlets).
  • Ensure both types of accounts achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and market share for both distributor and modern trade accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in both distributor warehouses and modern trade outlets to ensure proper stock levels and smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor collections from both distributor and modern trade accounts, ensuring timely payments.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and address any payment issues to maintain positive cash flow.
  • Provide management with regular updates on sales, inventory levels, collections, and account performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2years of experience in sales, distribution, or retail management, with experience managing both distributor and modern trade accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with modern trade practices and distributor networks.
  • Willingness to travel within Davao and surrounding areas.
