About the role
Under direct supervision, responsible for administrative tasks on control measures on Branch Lite Unit operational activities against assigned allocation in order to produce cost-effective measures and control of company's expenses.
Key responsibilities
Check clearance for incentive claim
Review and analyze actual expenses against the approved budget on a regular basis
Reconcile Loan Portfolio balance on ELMS versus manual computation on a daily basis
Reconcile Loan Portfolio balance on ELMS versus NOAH system on weekly basis
Prepare Interim Bank Wide Financial reports on semi-monthly basis
Prepare financial statements and breakdown of Income and Expenses per Branch Lite Unit and per Department of AM's and board report
Validate operations business intelligence reports by supporting data as basis for analysis
Assist on preparation of annual budget
Report to immediate head any suspicious activities results of ELMS and NOAH differences for further investigation
Perform other functions as directed by management from time to time
