Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a supervisory role
Preferably with experience in live selling (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live)
Experience managing affiliate and influencer programs
Proficient in handling online store operations, product listings, pricing, and promotions
Strong analytical skills in tracking sales KPIs and conversion rates
Knowledgeable in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer issue resolution
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
