Role Overview
We are implementing a third-party ERP system and are looking for a System Analyst to work closely with the external ERP implementor. This role focuses on ensuring that business processes, data, and system logic are accurately translated into the ERP.
You will support the implementation by retrieving and organizing documents, validating logic, reviewing databases, and assisting with data migration. This is a hands‑on, detail‑heavy role that requires discipline and clarity of thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Support the ERP implementor by retrieving, organizing, and validating business documents, reports, and historical records
- 2. Review and verify business logic being configured in the ERP to ensure alignment with actual operations
- 3. Read, interpret, and extract data from existing databases and legacy systems for validation and reference
- 4. Assist in data migration activities, including data mapping, data cleanup, and reconciliation
- 5. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in process logic or data before and during implementation
- 6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm process accuracy
- 7. Prepare clear documentation of processes, assumptions, data structures, and system decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1. Experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- 2. Strong understanding of business processes and how they translate into system logic
- 3. Comfortable reading databases and working with structured data; SQL knowledge is a strong advantage
- 4. Prior experience supporting ERP implementations or system rollouts
- 5. Strong attention to detail, especially in logic validation and data reconciliation
- 6. Able to communicate clearly with technical implementors and non-technical users
- 7. Organized, methodical, and comfortable working with documentation and verification tasks

- 1. Experience working with third‑party ERP systems
- 2. Background in data migration or system transition projects
- 3. Exposure to manufacturing, retail, or distribution environments
