About the role
The Cashiering Supervisor oversees the overall front-end operations, ensuring prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains excellent customer service at the checkout
- Effectively handles customer feedback
- Ensures that control standards and processes are implemented at the front-end covering cash turn over to the Treasury
- Accountable for front end assets management
- Database maintenance
About you
- Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management
- At least 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in supervisory position handling front end operations in retail or food establishments
