Responsibilities
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.
- Create production schedules considering machine capacity, manpower, and material availability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production teams.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address delays or shortages.
- Ensure production plans comply with QMS, FSSC 22000, GMP, and customer requirements.
- Incorporate food safety controls such as line clearance and hygiene zoning.
- Support batch identification and product traceability.
- Participate in internal audits and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field.
- 2–3 years production planning experience, preferably in plastic packaging.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and GMP.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
