Overview
MD Aircon Enterprise is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Air Conditioning Technician Trainees. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry and learn from experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Educational Background
- Fresh Graduate or Vocational
- Experience
- No prior experience required (entry-level position)
- Any experience in mechanical or electrical work is a plus
- Technical Skills (can be developed during training)
- Willingness to learn HVAC installation, cleaning, and maintenance
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment (e.g., gauges, vacuum pump, etc.)
- Physical Requirements
- Must be physically fit and able to carry heavy equipment
- Comfortable working in hot or elevated environments
- Soft Skills & Attitude
- Willing to be trained on-site and in actual fieldwork
- Hardworking, punctual, and reliable
- Fast learner with a strong interest in the aircon industry
- Can follow instructions and work under supervision
Other Requirements
- Willing to work in Metro Manila or assigned project areas
- Willing to render overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
- Must have a valid ID and basic employment documents (e.g., resume, barangay clearance, police/NBI clearance, etc.)
