German Bilingual CSR – Remote Sales

Op360 is seeking a German bilingual CSR in the Philippines to respond to customer requests by phone and email, examine and resolve issues, and address complaints professionally.

You will drive sales through outbound calls, execute campaigns, own revenue quotas for hardware and software, collaborate with partners, and ensure all processes are followed with precision.

This role requires fluent German and English at C1 or native level, and a willingness to work in a quota-driven, client-focused team.
