- Lead and manage the PMO team to ensure efficient project governance.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align project objectives with strategic goals.
- Monitor project performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers in handling complex project situations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in project management and PMO leadership.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Able to efficiently manage budgets, schedules, and risks associated with projects.
- Qualities and Traits: Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
