Job DescriptionAn entry-level or early-career staff member who works closely with senior managers to learn core business operations, rotate through various departments, and develop leadership skills to prepare for future supervisory or managerial roles. RequirementsGraduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management/ Food & Beverages or equivalent
Fresh Graduates are welcome.Minimum of 1-2 years' related experience in Retail or Food & Beverages industry
Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power point)Must be amenable to work schedule that covers shifting, evenings, holidays, and weekends.Change of work schedule/extended duty can be done with a short notice to resolve manpower concerns Work SetupNot specified
