Role Description
Guest Care Officers at the award-winning Masungi Georeserve manage the end-to-end customer experience from inquiries to post-visit feedback.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, leaving a positive impression.
- Manage the online reservations system
- Track payments and calendaring
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Provide personal and timely service via phone calls, emails, and SMS
- Provide administrative support to the team
Role Requirements:
- This is a stay-in role. There’s a modest on-site living quarters in Baras, Rizal (Km. 45 Marcos Highway)
- This role requires work for 6 days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- 1–3 years in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
