Role: Customer Experience Advisor
What You'll Do:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers in person or through various channels
- Address inquiries, concerns, or complaints efficiently and professionally
- Document interactions accurately in company systems
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service experiences
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site at SM Ecoland, Davao City
