A construction worker is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites. These tasks can range from digging, carrying materials, and operating equipment to assisting with building structures.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Preparing and clearing construction sites by removing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Transporting and unloading building materials, tools, and machinery to the appropriate areas of the construction site.
- Operating Equipment: Using machinery such as forklifts, cranes, and backhoes, when required, to assist in construction tasks.
- Assisting Skilled Workers: Helping carpenters, masons, electricians, and other specialists with their tasks, which might include lifting, measuring, and holding materials.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment by following safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- All gender are welcome
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- 18 years old and above
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
