Role Overview:

The Creative Copywriter will be at the heart of our content creation process, crafting engaging and SEO-friendly copy for a variety of platforms, including our new site focused on global outsourcing, social media channels, and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for writing, a creative marketing mind, and the ability to attract both top talent and new business through compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.
  • Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our websites, blogs, and social media platforms to drive traffic and engage a global audience.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to craft creative content that resonates with our target audiences, aligning with our brand's voice and objectives.
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Contribute creative ideas for content marketing campaigns and social media engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and increase effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role, with a portfolio of published articles.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience with web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and translate them into high-impact copy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
Additional Notes:
  • Hybrid work set-up (Either in Eastwood, Alabang, Cebu or Pampanga) - 2x onsite/ week
  • Dayshift Schedule - 9am to 6pm (may change whenever needed).
