This is primarily a back-office, admin-focused role supporting eCommerce operations across multiple brands. It is not a customer-facing role, the focus is on data mining, CRM upkeep, order processing, SEO content, and day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the businesses running smoothly.
You’ll work across key platforms such as Shopify and Hubspot, Excel and Claude AI with a strong interest in reporting and data to help drive business insights. You will have experience in collecting quality leads. You will take initiative, go above and beyond and deliver on KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data mine key industries, target demographics, and prospect lists across multiple brands.
- Make minor website changes (content updates, product uploads, small edits) in Shopify.
- Write and publish SEO blog content on a daily basis to support organic growth across the brands.
- Maintain accurate records, customer databases, and order tracking.
- Maintain and update customer and contact records in Hubspot across all brands.
- Review and process incoming bulk/corporate order lists — check details for accuracy and enter them into the relevant systems.
- Handle a range of recurring administrative tasks (data entry, file/record organisation, ad hoc reporting) across all businesses.
- Provide occasional back-up support for customer inquiries via email, a minor part of the role, not the main focus.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support ongoing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in eCommerce, data mining, and CRM management (ideally across multiple brands).
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Hubspot and Claude AI.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, with experience writing blog/content copy on a regular (daily) cadence.
- Passion for data, reporting, and improving business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable in a heavily admin-focused, low customer-contact role, and able to manage separate workflows across multiple distinct brands.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Able to work during Australian business hours.
