Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis (actual vs. prior year) for various projects.
Update and consolidate project financials, including budget monitoring and cash flow movements.
Validate financial data and coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
Prepare comparative reports on utilities, manpower, and property management contracts.
Support management in financial analysis, project financial studies, and decision-making.
Assist in reviewing financial reports and ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, budget monitoring, or related functions.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
