Technical Writer
Work set-up: Hybrid
Flexible to workonshifting schedule if business asks (weekends, night shift, holidays)
Certifications is a plus:
Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in IT Technical Writing.
- Knowledge of API documentation tools.
- Knowledgable of IT software being used for technical writing.
Desired:
- Experience in US healthcare industry.
- Experience documenting SaaS or cloud-based products.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of UX writing principles.
- Experience with knowledge management systems.
