Unity Communications is looking for a Client Technology Associate who can live in both worlds: fluent in tech, but able to explain it without sounding like you swallowed a user manual.You’re the bridge between engineers and executives. The translator. The one who can turn “multi-layered infrastructure vulnerability exposure” into “Here’s what’s happening, and here’s how we fix it.”

What You Must Possess

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud, endpoints)

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

• Tier 2 support experience or strong troubleshooting background

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure preferred)

• Ability to assess technical environments and identify gaps

• Experience with deep-dive analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and root cause identification

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to explain technical issues and business impact clearly

• Willingness to work in complex enterprise environments

• Confidence and professionalism, esp. during customer calls

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Service-oriented mindset with strong ownership

• Eagerness to learn and grow into a strategic client-facing role
