- Implement Cash Management Solutions for corporate clients
- Conduct client training and product onboarding
- Provide technical and client support via phone, email, video conference, or onsite visits
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client concerns
- Assist relationship managers in product presentations and client engagements
- Monitor implementation and support requests to ensure excellent service delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related course preferred but not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in software installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
- Background in cash management implementation and client support is an advantage
