  • Job Summary: The Aesthetic Clinic Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Everlumin Aesthetic Clinic, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing staff, optimizing client experiences, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving the clinic's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinic Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance, to ensure smooth and efficient clinic functionality.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of aestheticians, medical professionals, and administrative staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Client Relations: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met. Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure the clinic adheres to all health, safety, and industry regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and work towards achieving financial targets. Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote clinic services. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Service Quality Control: Regularly assess the quality of treatments and services provided, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a medical or aesthetic clinic is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic procedures, products, and current industry trends.
  • Ability to manage finances and work within budgets.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
