Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Section Manager to join our team This role is generally the second-highest level manufacturing position in the factory. You report to the Manufacturing Manager, and oversee and provide leadership to lower-level manufacturing managers and supervisors within a particular manufacturing ';section';. You will direct and coordinate multiple operations required for production in clean-room manufacturing environments. You will establish production schedules based on product requirements and material supply as well as manage budgets for equipment expenditures and direct/indirect labor. In this role you select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business courses
- At least 5 years Manufacturing Experience

- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
