Position Summary
The Specialist, Multimedia Communications provides creative and multimedia expertise in support of the Manila office’s communications initiatives. The role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and delivering high-quality visual and multimedia content that advances the Manila office’s communication priorities across internal and external platforms. Working as part of the Manila Communications team, the Specialist translates communication objectives into engaging visual content that supports employee engagement, branding and storytelling efforts for the Manila office. This includes the development of digital and print design assets, multimedia content and video materials aligned with the Firm’s brand standards. The Specialist applies strong design and multimedia production capability while remaining attentive to emerging technologies and evolving digital content practices. The role leverages modern creative tools—including Firm-approved AI-enabled design and multimedia workflows, where permitted—to enhance efficiency, creativity and quality of output while maintaining the Firm’s visual identity and compliance with Firm technology and information security policies. This position is an individual contributor role within the Manila Communications team and supports the broader communication needs of the Manila office.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Provide visual and multimedia solutions that support the communication needs and initiatives of the Manila office while maintaining the Firm’s brand standards.
- Conceptualize and design visual communication content for digital, social media and print platforms, including banners, posters, infographics, presentations, signage and other communication assets.
- Produce and edit multimedia content such as videos, motion graphics, images and digital presentations that support internal communications, employer branding and office initiatives.
- Apply creative thinking through the development of visual concepts, storyboards and multimedia approaches that effectively translate communication objectives into engaging content.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on visual communication approaches and multimedia formats that best support communication objectives.
- Ensure all visual assets adhere to the Firm’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Edit and enhance photos and video content, including retouching, formatting and preparing assets for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with requestors and internal stakeholders to understand communication objectives and deliver visual solutions that meet project requirements.
- Utilize Firm-approved creative and multimedia tools—including AI-enabled design capabilities where permitted—to support efficient and high-quality production workflows.
- Ensure quality control on all deliverables by reviewing brand guidelines, edits and formatting before final release.
- Maintain organized digital file management and asset libraries to ensure content is accessible and reusable.
- Stay informed of emerging trends in visual communication, multimedia storytelling and digital content creation to support continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Design, Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in multimedia design, digital content production, visual communications or a related creative discipline.
- Demonstrated experience producing multimedia assets including digital graphics, motion graphics and video content.
- Strong working knowledge of design and multimedia tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro).
- Experience designing visual content for digital platforms, internal communications or corporate campaigns.
- Familiarity with modern design workflows and AI-enabled creative tools is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
