What We Are Really Looking For
You don't need extensive RTO experience.
We are looking for potential — someone who can absorb information, follow processes carefully, communicate professionally and progressively take ownership of increasingly complex work.
If you enjoy learning how systems work, spotting details others might miss and developing specialist expertise, this role offers an opportunity to turn those strengths into a professional career.
Why This Is a Rare Opportunity
Entry-level positions combining RTO applications, regulatory compliance, audit preparation and client advisory exposure are relatively uncommon. This cadetship goes further by providing a defined development structure, senior mentoring and progressive responsibility across two specialised operational teams.
Rather than entering the workforce in a generic administrative role, you will be developing knowledge in a specialised area of the Australian VET sector from day one.
