Join ByteDance’s Graduate Development Program to gain hands-on experience and fast-track your career in e-commerce through multiple job rotations.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in a maximum eighteen-month Graduate Development Program with 3-4 rotations across key e-commerce functions.
- Engage in Acquisition and Incubation by helping sellers onboard, train, and succeed on the platform using data-driven advice and community-first approaches.
- Collaborate with creators/KOLs in Category Creators to build strategic partnerships with sellers.
- Support Campaign Management by working with category teams to drive awareness, excitement, and GMV growth through viral campaigns.
- Contribute to Platform Operations and Business Intelligence by tackling platform-level challenges and driving key projects.
- Gain exposure to critical business functions, build networks, and develop technical and strategic skills.
- Start as a full-time employee from Day 1 and rotate across teams based on preferences, skills, and business needs.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with up to 1 year of full-time work experience as of the application deadline.
- Preferred academic background in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, IT, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and strong capacity for rapid learning.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Prior internship experience in e-commerce or management consulting is preferred.
- Ability to commit to onboarding by July 2026 and state availability and graduation date clearly in the resume.
