HIRING: CRM Marketing Specialist
About the role
We're looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to support the execution of customer engagement and lifecycle marketing campaigns for an international company.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate customer engagement campaigns from planning through launch
- Manage campaign timelines, assets, requirements, and internal trackers
- Set up, schedule, test, and launch Email, SMS, and Push campaigns
- Perform campaign QA and pre-launch checks to ensure accuracy
- Work with different teams to coordinate campaign requirements and deadlines
- Support customer retention, re-engagement, and lifecycle campaigns
- Monitor campaign results and prepare basic performance reports
- Maintain campaign documentation and help improve existing processes
About you
- 2+ years of experience in CRM Marketing, Campaign Operations, or related roles
- Hands-on experience handling Email, SMS, Push, or other customer engagement campaigns
- Experience with customer segmentation and targeted campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms
- Experience in campaign setup, testing, QA, and deployment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Good communication and coordination skills
