Job Description
- Helping borrowers understand their loan terms, such as interest rates and payment schedules
- Processing loan applications, including collecting and verifying documentation
- Reviewing loan applications to determine whether they meet minimum standards for approval
- Helping borrowers apply for loans by providing them with information about the application process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for loan applicants, providing them with information about loan products, eligibility requirements, and application processes
- At least 1 year experience in loans processing, client management, customer relation and business development;
- Good in oral and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Collections or Financial account background
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel
- Willing to attend a face to face interview
Working Location
On-site - Makati
