Role Summary
The USRN Team Lead is responsible for managing and developing a team to achieve performance goals, meet customer service standards, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive employee engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet or exceed performance and service targets.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to operational standards.
Manage team performance through feedback, coaching, and employee development.
Ensure completion of projects and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Foster a positive and engaged work environment.
Required Qualifications
Active PHRN and USRN license
At least 1 year of relevant clinical or hospital experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.
Strong clinical expertise, preferably with experience in Utilization Review (UR), Utilization Management (UM), Coding, Healthcare Back Office, or other healthcare BPO processes.
Ability to apply clinical knowledge to support operational goals and team performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
