Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects.
Develop structural schemes, calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical reports.
Design reinforced concrete, steel, and other structural systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Perform structural analysis using engineering software and verify design results through independent calculations.
Coordinate structural designs with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Review structural drawings, calculations, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
Identify design risks, resolve engineering issues, and recommend practical and cost-effective solutions.
Attend project meetings, site inspections, and technical coordination meetings as required.
Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
Support project planning, estimating, tender documentation, and technical proposals.
Monitor design deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project schedules.
Assist with construction-stage technical queries, design changes, and structural assessments.
Maintain appropriate engineering documentation and quality-control procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with specialization in Structural Engineering
A Licensed Civil Engineer is required for this role
Strong expertise in structural analysis, design, and project execution
Proficiency in structural analysis and design softwares
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
