What You’ll Do:
- Design & Develop: Create impactful facilitator-led and self-paced training materials that inspire and empower learners.
- Collaborate: Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy in your training content.
- Lead Change: Lead discussions with key stakeholders to align on delivery strategies and training needs.
- Innovate: Generate creative learning solutions that address performance gaps and enhance adult learning experiences.
- Feedback Loop: Monitor new content implementation and adjust training materials based on participant feedback.
What You’ll Need:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in instructional design, with a strong emphasis on content development tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attributes: Self-starter with a sense of urgency, able to multitask and meet timelines under pressure.
