About the role
SocialsInBusiness is hiring a part-time B2B Cold Email & Outbound Specialist to build, launch and optimise outbound campaigns for service-based businesses, initially focusing on recruitment and staffing agencies. This is a remote, Philippines-based role paying ₱600–₱800 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Clean, validate and segment raw B2B prospect data while maintaining bounce rates below 2%.
- Audit or configure secondary sending domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and custom tracking domains.
- Plan appropriate mailbox warm-up and sending schedules.
- Write concise, conversational 4–5-step cold email sequences with strong value propositions and low‑friction calls to action.
- Build and launch campaigns using tools such as Smartlead, Instantly or Lemlist.
- Run A/B tests across subject lines, hooks and calls to action.
- Monitor deliverability, reply quality and booked meetings, and provide clear reporting.
About you
- Proven hands‑on experience running B2B cold email campaigns for service businesses.
- Strong knowledge of domain reputation, list hygiene, email authentication and spam avoidance.
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills for founders, directors and executives.
- Practical experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, NeverBounce or ZeroBounce.
- Ability to provide verifiable results or case studies, including reply rates, positive replies and meetings booked.
- Recruitment or staffing agency campaign experience is highly preferred.
