Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple levels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job fitment, communication, stability, and domain knowledge.
- Conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face).
- Maintain strong coordination with hiring managers and understand manpower requirements.
- Share daily and weekly MIS reports and maintain updated trackers.
- Manage offer negotiation, rollout, and follow-ups until onboarding.
- Participate in hiring drives, mass recruitment, and walk-ins when required.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring roles.
