About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven HR Generalist to join the dynamic team at PRL Speedup Inc in our Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila office. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the success of our growing organisation. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive HR support across the employee life cycle, including end to end recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training.
  2. Conducting background investigations on all incoming employees.
  3. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Collaborating with managers to understand their HR-related needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Handling employee inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  7. Participating in the planning and execution of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and talent development programs.
  8. Auditing and updating of 201 files.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
  4. Experience in handling employee relations, processing, investigation, and issuance of Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
  6. Experience in processing offboarding.
  7. Assisting in payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  10. Passion for employee development and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
