- Installs, services, repairs printers, scanners and copiers.
- Performs maintenance and basic troubleshooting of assigned accounts (both hardware and software)
- Reconnects network configurations.
- Identifies malfunctions accurately and may replace defective parts or perform upgrades or install new components.
- Provide technical support or user training as necessary.
- Can perform basic computer and printer troubleshooting
- Preferably valid driver's license with restriction code A
