Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop software according to user requirements, functional specifications, and technical design.
  • Participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Provide effort estimations for projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to help achieve project objectives.
  • Provide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance.
  • Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
  • Document processes and track system performance metrics.
  • Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
  • Comply with the software quality standards agreed upon with the Technical Management.
  • Generate technical documentation for completed projects.
  • Apply best practices and procedures to ensure projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality.

Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
  • Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
  • Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
