We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting and finance background with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bookkeeping. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and supporting business decisions through financial analysis and insights.
This is a 100% remote, night shift position. Candidates must be residing within Metro Manila and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, invoices, and vendor payments
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, collections, and account monitoring
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure financial data integrity
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting schedules
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Accounting, Finance, or related role
Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
Strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficient in Bookkeeping and financial record management
Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
