Job Description

• Frozen Goods Attendant is responsible for managing and handling frozen food products in a retail or warehouse setting. Duties typically include:
• Stocking and Organizing: Ensuring frozen goods are properly stocked and organized in freezers, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory levels, ensuring products are within their sell-by dates, and rotating items to prevent spoilage.
• Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries about frozen products, ensuring proper handling during checkout or delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred. Some positions may accept candidates with relevant experience in lieu of formal education.
• Experience: Previous experience in food service, retail, or warehouse settings is advantageous. Experience with frozen food handling is particularly beneficial.
